ЦАП AD9748ACPZ представляет собой 8-разрядный, высокоскоростной TxDAC с токовым дифференциальным выходом для трактов передачи в системах связи.
Микросхема реализована по маломощной CMOS‑технологии и поддерживает частоту обновления до 210 MSPS при сохранении высокого уровня линейности.
Встроенный опорный источник 1.2 V и усилитель управления током обеспечивают программируемый полный ток выхода от 2 mA до 20 mA.
Раздельные аналоговое и цифровое питания с диапазоном 2.7…3.6 V упрощают интеграцию в смешанные сигнальные системы.
Корпус 32‑lead LFCSP с тепловой площадкой обеспечивает низкое тепловое сопротивление и компактность компоновки.
